It appears bifurcation is most likely not on a thing with these new X670E motherboards. Boards that feature Dual CPU-linked "x16 slots" can only be set to x8/x8 or forced x8/x4 (Certain Motherboards that feature a 3rd PCIe 5.0 M.2 slot)...
